Guarantees and Conditions for Returns/Refunds
1. Guarantees
Plantox is committed to providing high-quality products that conform to the specifications presented at the time of purchase.
• If the order is delivered in non-compliant condition, the customer must inform the delivery person at the time of delivery, recording the incident on the delivery note.
• If Plantox is responsible, a new delivery will be provided at no additional cost.
The warranty period for non-perishable products is 2 years, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply in the following cases:
• Improper use or use that does not comply with the instructions for use and maintenance recommended by the supplier/manufacturer.
• Negligence or misuse, accidents, lack of supervision, inadequate conservation or poor maintenance.
• Alterations, repairs, or replacements of parts carried out by third parties not authorized by Plantox.
• Natural wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product.
The absence of instructions cannot, under any circumstances, be invoked as justification for incorrect use.

2. Right of Free Resolution
Under the legislation applicable to distance purchases, the consumer has 14 business days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason or pay compensation.
Exclusions
This right does not apply to the following products:
• Items manufactured on demand or customized according to customer specifications (includes all metal products produced after order and payment).
• Perishable products, such as natural grass carpets, whose nature does not allow for returns.

3. Returns
General conditions for accepted returns.
• Only returns of non-perishable and non-custom-made products are accepted.
• The return period is 14 business days from the date the customer receives the order.
• The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, complete and properly sealed.
• The corresponding invoice must accompany the returned item.
Costs and responsibilities
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges.
• The customer must ensure that the item is returned in suitable packaging, properly protected, in order to avoid damage during transport.
• If the product does not arrive in adequate condition, no replacement or refund will be provided.

4. Refunds
• Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the customer chooses to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund, this will be processed after the return is received and validated.

5. Products damaged in transit
• Any visible damage at the time of delivery must be noted on the delivery note and, whenever possible, documented with photographs.
• The incident must be reported immediately to the email address geral@plantox.com.
• After validation, Plantox will guarantee the replacement or repair of the product, as well as the associated shipping costs.

6. Additional information
Plantox reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements set forth herein.
• To clarify any doubts regarding warranties, returns or refunds, the customer can contact customer service via email at geral@plantox.com.
• These terms do not affect the consumer's legal rights as provided for in current legislation.

7. Changes to the order

• After order confirmation and payment, any changes to specifications (such as dimensions, color, or other characteristics) can only be made with prior approval from Plantox.

• Whenever possible, and within timeframes that do not compromise the manufacturing process, Plantox will seek to accommodate changes requested by the customer regarding certain characteristics of the item.

  • Changes to the flower box sizes * ; deadline: up to 1 business day after purchase
  • Changes to the desired color (RAL); up to 7 business days after purchase.
  • Integrated lighting; delivery time: up to 3 business days after purchase.
  • Laser personalization; lead time: up to 3 business days after purchase.
  • Bearings; Delivery time: up to 5 business days after purchase.
  • Adjustable feet; delivery time: up to 5 business days after purchase.
  • Elevating bases; delivery time: up to 3 business days after purchase.
  • Wheels; Delivery time: up to 5 business days after purchase.

* For planters or curbs wider than 3 meters, although production is possible, it is not the most recommended option due to significantly higher transportation costs.

•However, if production is already underway or completed, Plantox reserves the right to refuse changes or apply any additional costs resulting from the requested modification.
